The CEO and founder of Pieced Perfectly is passionate about ensuring that people of the exceptional community live a normal life. Independent living is strongly encouraged at the Adult Day Center and Residential Living facility. We acknowledge strengths and offer sustainable support where help is needed. At Pieced Perfectly, we teach tasks that are necessary and manageable on one's own. Clients learn how to clean, bathe, maintain their personal hygiene, shop for food, make their beds, etc. The adult day care offers social skills, leisure skills, life skills, etc. We pride ourselves on catering to the individual needs of people in the exceptional community and crafting homes where they can learn and enjoy a fulfilling life. We aim to make sure each of our residents/clients feels included, nourished, safe, and happy. It is often said that what goes around comes around. This serves as an impetus to work harder for our staff aside from the remunerations that they are given.

Like all great relationships, we start by really getting to know each other. We do this through our Customized Care Plan. We see each individual as living with their own unique and special life circumstances, which is why each resident/client requires special planning. That includes taking great care in ensuring each caregiver is specifically matched to best support a client’s unique needs, personality, and level of assistance required. With most clients of the exceptional community, consistency with caregivers is essential for building trusted relationships that support the client’s safety and well-being while nourishing and uplifting clients in a positive way.

At Pieced Perfectly, our objectives are the goals we try to achieve and they direct our mode of operations and strategic planning and implementations. They are:
